Position Overview:
A&N Services LLC is seeking an experienced Rigger to support lifting and moving operations on industrial job sites. The Rigger will be responsible for setting up, inspecting, and securing loads, as well as signaling crane and equipment operators to ensure all lifts are performed safely and efficiently. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe operations and supporting daily field activities.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect lifting gear, rigging equipment, and hardware for damage or wear before each use.

• Select and attach appropriate rigging gear such as slings, chains, shackles, and cables to loads.

• Signal crane or equipment operators using hand and voice signals to guide load movement.

• Ensure loads are balanced, properly secured, and moved safely according to project requirements.

• Work closely with equipment operators, supervisors, and crew members to plan and execute lifts.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.

• Follow A&N Services safety policies and comply with OSHA and site-specific safety standards.

• Assist in setup, teardown, and other job site tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Rigger in an industrial or construction setting.

• Knowledge of rigging techniques, load charts, and signaling procedures.

• Ability to inspect and maintain rigging gear safely and effectively.

• NCCER or equivalent Rigger certification preferred.

• OSHA 10/30 certification a plus.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Must be safety-focused, dependable, and able to work outdoors in various conditions.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Work at heights, in confined spaces, or in varying weather conditions.

• Stand, bend, and crouch for extended periods.
